Continuous Learning Plan

Section One:  Delivery of Learning 

  • Describe how you will deliver continuous learning opportunities for all students, including special student populations.

-eLearning through

-weekly packets for young students and those with no INTERNET

  • Describe how your district communicates expectations for continuous learning implementation to 1. ) students, 2.) families, and 3.) staff. 

-STUDENTS: are to read over notes and explanation before starting lessons; given extra time to turn in assignments on-line; able to ask teachers on-line or by phone if they do not understand the learning concept being introduced

-FAMILIES: individualized workshop for each family; one-on-one technology assistance on-line with parents 

-STAFF: open communications between teachers and administration; knows to teach three to four days a week

  • Describe student access to academic instruction, resources, and supports during continuous learning.

-streaming daily announcements and prayer with Spiritual leader

-Students and parents allowed to call teachers for discussion or

Section Two:  Achievement and Attendance  

  • Does your continuous learning plan provide an avenue for students to earn high school credits? If so, describe the approach.


  • Describe your attendance policy for continuous learning. 

-teacher in contact with eLearning four days a week

-If a student does not respond or show up for Zoom class, teacher will contact parent

-Administrator will try to make contact with parent if needed

-if school work is not completed=missing grade

  • Describe your long-term goals to address skill gaps for the remainder of the school year. 

-Summer Fun Learning Days for math and reading skills

-Reading and math levels will be assessed at beginning of 2020-21 school year to see if skill gaps need to be addressed


Section Three:  Staff Development 

  • Describe your professional development plan for continuous learning. 

-During Spring Break teachers came in for an eLearning Workshop to learn on-line programs

-Technology staff is available for teachers who need assistance

-Extra PDP for staff needing training on downloads and video
